Heather's Preference Dress

We went to Salt Lake today to try on dresses for Heather's Preference dance. Next Saturday Heather is going to her High School Preference dance. It is a pretty big deal her in the states. It is a dance where the girl asks the guy out. The date is usually most of the day with the big dance in the evening. Heather is 16 and a Junior in High School. She is just learning to drive (heaven help us). She is a very sweet and bubbly girl with lots of friends. Her main mode of conversation is via text on her phone!

Christmas 2008

Hi Everyone! I hope your holiday was great. We had all seven of my kids here this year. What a house full. It was loads of fun though. There was never a dull moment. We had tons of snow this year and the kids played until they were all frozen almost every day of the Christmas vacation from school. On New Years Day Vince and a friend of his made Turducken. It turned out quite well for a first time. Vince and Jerry had quite a time of it. Hope you enjoy our holiday pictures.
